Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of advertising/online media sales or marketing experience.
  • Experience with people management and leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
  • Experience in business development and sales leadership.
  • Experience with Search and/or YouTube.
  • Experience in digital marketing and with associated products and tools (e.g., GMP, Search, etc.) and knowledge of Google Marketing Platform.
  • Understanding of the industry’s issues, a roadmap for growth, and commitment to advancing Google’s strategies within the marketplace.
  • Ability to effectively grow relationships and partnerships with an executive presence.

About The Job

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Global Account Lead, you will define/refine strategy and go-to-market approaches for automotive advertisers. You will be responsible for growing our accounts and building global, fully-dedicated account teams and managing them. You will be a collaborative thought partner to clients, versed across all products in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team that leads client partnership.
  • Build and lead a global team to develop client relationships, execute strategy, work towards growth goals, and manage account plans and business processes.
  • Manage internal operational excellence, guiding achievement of strategic goals and reporting.
  • Represent executive presence with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage through ambiguity, internally and externally, in order to remove roadblocks and provide the best service to clients.
