Senior Engineer Maintenance

In your new role you will:

• Extensive technical knowledge of assigned functional area in Frontend or Backend.
• Good knowledge of supplier / customer process in assigned area and how performance affects success of the business.

• Local and global communication skills to include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation, team contribution, and training.
• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of own duties to be referred toas a specialist or expert.
• Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating & executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality
• Meet / Exceed KPIs (Availability, Reliability, Cost & Yield) for assigned equipment ownership
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action & preventive actions
• Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred used equipment to support production ramp
• Work together with process engineer to resolve quality issue.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry preferably Wafer Fab and Cleanroom.
• Experience in CVD, Epitaxy, MoCVD or PVD added advantages.
• Candidate must demonstrate implementation of improvement project or SGA.
• Proven high competency in Pneumatic, Control system, Circuit diagram, Vacuum Technology, and Mechanical design.
• Strong diagnostic and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate in the English language.
• Must be able to work in Clean Room environment .
• Hand on servicing, installation and repair work in the critical environment.
• Good health condition, able to lift and accurately manipulate 10kg objects and operate a variety of hand-held tool.
• Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace high volume manufacturing environment.
